As we look back at the past year, we’re proud to reflect on the incredible strides our team at Miracle has made in advancing clinical trial management for our biopharma partners. With over 10 clinical studies supported that are enrolling more than 4,000 patients around the globe, our platform has been instrumental for our biotech customers in tackling challenges across a diverse range of therapeutic areas — including autism, rare autoimmune diseases, Parkinson’s disease, hypertension, and social anxiety disorders.

Clinical trials are critical to bringing life-changing treatments to patients, but the process heavily relies on efficient communication across teams (Clinical Operations, safety, data management, medical, leadership, etc.). That’s where Miracle has stepped up for our biotech customers — delivering automated, real-time insights that save time, improve oversight, and accelerate decision-making for clinical teams.

Here’s how we’ve made an impact this year:

Automating Insights and Saving Time

One of the biggest bottlenecks in clinical trial management is the reliance on manual spreadsheet trackers, which are time-consuming and error-prone. According to a VP of Clinical Operations at one of our partner companies, Miracle’s platform boosted their team’s productivity by giving back 20% of their time, which previously went towards managing spreadsheet trackers. That’s time they were able to reinvest into strategic activities that drive study progress.

Customer Highlight: “We used to update these trackers every 2-3 weeks because it took hours. Now I just pull up Miracle.” – Director, Clinical Operations

Accelerating Study Timelines

In one notable CNS-related study, our platform helped pull data readout timelines forward by an entire quarter. By introducing real-time, customizable dashboards, study teams gained immediate visibility into study progress and identified what was working and what wasn’t — not just once, but in an ongoing fashion throughout the study.

Customer Highlight: “Miracle shined a bright spotlight into our black box with real-time, customizable dashboards.” – Biotech CEO

Enhancing Oversight and Accountability

Another critical challenge in clinical trials is ensuring data integrity and timeliness. In a recent example, Miracle’s platform enabled a biotech client to track data cleaning efforts more effectively. This not only led to a ~$50K recovery from their CRO but also ensured that data was cleaned on schedule, mitigating risks to trial timelines.

Customer Highlight: “Miracle has given us visibility into information to make faster decisions to benefit our trials.” – Biotech SVP, Clinical Operations

Real Voices from Our Partners

We’re humbled and inspired by the feedback we’ve received from some of our biopharma partners. Here’s what they’ve had to say about their experience with Miracle:

  • “Can’t imagine doing clinical trials moving forward without Miracle.” – Biotech CEO
  • “This is a game-changer. I wish we used Miracle last year but at least we’re here now.” – Biotech CMO
  • “It was fabulous to have up-to-the-minute data, and it was so much easier than our usual process!” – Biotech Sr. Director, Clinical Operations

What’s Next

As we move into the new year, we’re more committed than ever to driving innovation in clinical trial management. With new case studies on the horizon and an expanding suite of capabilities, we’re excited to continue partnering with biopharma leaders to streamline trials and bring treatments to patients faster.

To our customers and partners: thank you for trusting us with your critical studies. Your dedication inspires everything we do. Together, we’re building a future where clinical trials are faster, smarter, and more impactful.

Here’s to another year of innovation and collaboration!
