We’re excited to share our ongoing work with Dianthus Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to advancing the next generation of antibody complement therapeutics to treat severe autoimmune diseases. Since partnering with Miracle a few months ago, Dianthus has significantly expanded its use of our real-time insights platform to unify data from clinical trial systems, streamline clinical trial management, and automate monitoring across its entire pipeline.
At Miracle, we are honored to support the Dianthus team with an automated control room that centralizes data from multiple trial systems and provides real-time, actionable insights—empowering Dianthus to optimize clinical operations, medical monitoring, and data management. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in our shared mission to transform patient outcomes.
Dianthus is running three concurrent clinical trials, each with its own protocols, endpoints, and timelines. Each study also relies on multiple clinical trial systems—Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Interactive Response Technology (IRT), central lab systems, ePRO (patient-reported outcomes), and a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)—all of which must be centrally monitored for enrollment progress, medical monitoring, safety oversight, and data management.
Without a single, unified platform, data remained siloed across different systems, making it difficult to maintain real-time visibility and efficiently share progress across leadership, medical, safety, operations, and data management teams. Key pain points included:
Dianthus needed a single platform that could combine data from all their trial systems and provide automated, real-time dashboards for every stakeholder, enabling faster, data-driven decisions across all active studies.
With Miracle’s pre-built integrations with industry-standard clinical trial systems, Dianthus was up and running with automated dashboards in under a week. Out-of-the-box dashboards for enrollment tracking, patient profiles, medical monitoring, trial timeline forecasting, and lab values provided immediate visibility into critical study metrics. Once the standard dashboards were live, the Dianthus team worked closely with Miracle to iterate on new visualizations and dashboards, unlocking insights that were previously out of reach or too time-consuming to implement.
Even though each clinical trial system provides its own dashboards and reports, these tools often focus on a single data stream. Miracle takes a vendor-agnostic approach, aggregating data from all sources into one unified view—allowing teams to see the bigger picture across every study and quickly drill into the site-level, subject-level, and visit-level details when needed.
Freed from manually retrieving data across multiple systems, Dianthus can now focus on interpreting that data and optimizing their studies. By serving as a central control room, Miracle empowers Dianthus to unify and visualize data in real time, drastically reducing manual effort and accelerating key decisions across all active trials.
Key use cases included:
The Dianthus team immediately benefited from Miracle in the following ways:
Our partnership with Dianthus Therapeutics showcases how Miracle empowers data-driven clinical trial management. By providing seamless integration into clinical trial systems, real-time visibility, and proactive risk management to trials, we help biopharmaceutical companies like Dianthus navigate unique challenges within their clinical trials more effectively.
Miracle is redefining clinical trial management by serving as the control room for clinical trials.
