Announcing Miracle’s integration with DSG eCaseLink EDC

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our latest integration with DSG eCaseLink EDC, one of the EDC platforms used by biotech and pharmaceutical companies in clinical trials. This new connector enables Clinical Operations teams using DSG eCaseLink to replace their manual Excel trackers and augment their EDC reports with Miracle’s unified dashboard.

‍Setting up the Integration to DSG eCaseLink EDC

‍1. Navigate to the Integrations Page in Settings

To get started, simply head over to the Integrations page within your Miracle dashboard's Settings. There, you'll find the option to setup integration for DSG.

‍2. Authenticate with Your DSG eCaseLink Account

Next, you'll need to authenticate with your DSG eCaseLink account by providing your eCaseLink URL, username, and password.

The final step involves selecting which reports from DSG that you wish to sync with Miracle. This verification process ensures that the correct data is synchronized and mapped accurately into Miracle.

Once you've made your selection, Miracle will begin to sync with your DSG eCaseLink instance. Our platform will automatically generate out-of-box dashboards that offer real-time insights into your clinical trials' progress.
